Bluewood productions wasn’t built from a business plan. It grew out of a love for solving problems.
Founder and CEO, Adam Dumbacher, was an audio engineer with a little bit of gear and a reputation for figuring things out. Calls kept coming, one show led to another, and by 2016, Bluewood as we know it today was born.
Those early days were about being everything to everyone in AV. Today, Bluewood has refined its focus: results-driven corporate event production built on trust, transparency, and relationships.
Our accidental origin still shapes who we are. Approachable, authentic, and committed to doing the right thing for our clients.
To raise the standard for events by delivering dependable, relationship-driven, and transparent production services.
To be the most trusted corporate event partner in Alabama and beyond, where clients come for real outcomes you can see and feel.
Honest and transparent in every detail.
Building positive experiences for clients and teams alike.
If we say it, we do it.
Creative solutions where others see roadblocks.
Always raise the bar for ourselves and our clients, even when no one is watching.
Focused on outcomes that matter.
Respect for budgets, crews, and resources.
High standards in communication, conduct, and delivery.
We’re not just here to run shows. We exist to create a place where people love to work and clients feel cared for. Our culture is built on collaboration, respect, and a belief that relationships matter more than transactions.
With a core team of full-time professionals and a network of trusted partners, Bluewood is powered by people who are dependable, approachable, and invested in making every event better than the last.
