Freelance Producer
  • Lead pre-production: scope, budget, schedule, vendor coordination, and permits.
  • Own client comms and approvals; translate goals into an executable show plan.
  • Build/run production timelines, call sheets, and crew briefs.
  • Oversee creative, technical, and logistics teams from load-in to strike.
  • Manage risks, contingencies, and on-site decisions to keep show on time/on budget.
  • Deliver post-event wrap (debrief, asset links, lessons learned).

Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years live event producing; strong budgeting and vendor management.
  • Clear communicator; calm under pressure; excellent documentation habits.
  • Create/own the Run of Show and cue sheets; reconcile last-minute changes.
  • Lead comms during rehearsals and show; call all cues (lights, audio, video, FX).
  • Time segments, manage holds, and coordinate with stage/talent/tech leads.
  • Maintain show integrity and safety; execute contingencies smoothly.

Qualifications:
  • Proven cue-calling for corporate/entertainment shows.

  • Run backstage: talent wrangling, mic handoffs, props, and stage traffic.

  • Support rehearsals and live tuning; document show files.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency on common consoles (Avid, Yamaha, DiGiCo, Allen & Heath).
  • RF (WWB/Shure/Lectro), Dante fluency; clean show file workflow.
  • Patch/fixture profile setup; program cues, effects, and timecode/busking.
  • Translate creative notes into looks; update quickly during rehearsals.
  • Optimize for camera/IMAG when applicable.
  • Maintain show files, backups, and fixture health.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise on grandMA and/or Hog family.
  • Visualizer experience (Capture, Vision, etc.) a plus.
  • Lead camera team and TD; design shots, blocking, and transitions.
  • Call cameras; build switcher macros; manage graphics/lower-thirds timing.
  • Oversee multi-view layout, tally, shading, and latency management for IMAG.
  • Coordinate records/streams, ISO strategy, and router/signal flow.

  • Fluency on common switchers (BMD ATEM/Constellation, Ross Carbonite).

  • Ingest/organize content; verify codecs, alpha, audio channels, and safety.

  • Safely operate 26′ box trucks and/or tractor-trailer (semi) as assigned to transport event production gear to/from venues, vendors, and warehouse.
  • Maintain DOT compliance: pre-trip/post-trip inspections (DVIR), logs/HOS/ELD (if required), and required shipping paperwork.
  • Coordinate with Producer/PM/Warehouse on load plans, call times, delivery windows, routes, and site access/dock requirements.
  • Oversee/assist with loading and securing cargo (e-track, straps, load bars, blankets); ensure proper weight distribution and cargo protection.
  • Execute safe backing/docking in tight venue environments; follow venue safety and traffic rules.
  • Communicate ETAs, delays, and on-site changes proactively; represent the company professionally with venue staff and clients.
  • Support logistics on show site as needed (shuttles, local pickups/returns, equipment moves during load-in/out).

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL (Class A for tractor-trailer; Class B for box truck as applicable) with clean driving record.
  • Current DOT medical card where required; comfortable with compliance paperwork and ELD/logs.
  • Confident backing/docking and operating in tight urban/venue docks and overnight driving as needed.
  • Experience hauling production/fragile gear and securing non-standard loads preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work around active load-in/out environments.

 

  • Safely operate Sprinter vans and 26′ box trucks (non-CDL where permitted/assigned) to transport event gear to/from venues, vendors, and warehouse.
  • Perform pre-trip/post-trip checks; report maintenance/safety concerns immediately.
  • Load, secure, and protect gear (straps, e-track when available, blankets); verify counts against pull sheets and delivery notes.
  • Coordinate timing and site access with PM/Warehouse; communicate ETAs and delays proactively.
  • Follow venue dock procedures and safe unloading practices; keep truck pack orderly when required.
  • Track mileage, fuel, tolls, and receipts; turn in paperwork promptly after runs.
  • Maintain a professional, client-facing presence when on site; support basic logistics during load-in/out as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; documented experience driving 26′ box trucks and/or Sprinter vans.
  • Comfortable with ramps/liftgates, tight docks, urban driving/parking, and night driving as needed.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow securement and packing standards.
